Skyscribe privacy policy

Skyscribe: RPG Weather, by Wirthwhile Apps. Effective October 15, 2026.

Skyscribe is a weather generator for tabletop role-playing games. It is built to work entirely on your phone. This policy explains, in plain terms, what that means for your information.

What we collect

Nothing. Skyscribe has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts or any other personal information. We do not sell information, and the only thing shared is the purchase check described below.

What stays on your phone

Your campaigns, the weather they have generated, place names, calendars and settings are saved only on your device. If you have Android's backup turned on, Android may include them in your device backup to your Google account, as it does for other apps. That backup is handled by Google under your Google account settings; we never see it. Uninstalling the app deletes this data from your phone.

Purchases

If you buy The Almanac, the payment is handled by Google Play. We never see your card or payment details. To confirm that a purchase is valid and restore it on a new phone, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives the purchase receipt from Google Play and a random identifier created for the app (not your name or email), along with basic technical information such as the app version and device type. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

Children

Skyscribe is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
